Rankings are never for sale

No model maker can pay to move up, be featured, or change how their scores are shown. Official results from labs can appear, but only when they are labelled as such and held to the same source checks as everything else.

What is always free

• The rankings and every model and benchmark page.
• The source link, raw value, and date behind each score.
• The scoring method and source history.
• Coverage gaps stay visible instead of being filled in quietly.

How the work is funded

Paid access sits on top of the open data and pays for convenience, scale, and support — never for influence:

• Developer and team plans for saved work, seats, and API throughput.
• Packaged comparison reports and monitoring for buyers.
• Private evaluations run through the same public method.

If we ever show sponsored content

We have no ads today. If sponsored content ever appears, it will be clearly labelled, kept away from the rankings, and will never affect a score or its position. We will not run ads from the labs we rank.

Hold us to our own standard

This site scores benchmarks on independence, contamination risk, and transparency. The same bar applies to us. If a funding choice would fail that test, we should not make it — and you should be able to see it if we do.
